I loved this hotel, it's clean and SAFE. Good and perfect location for visiting bars and pubs very close to the venue. There was a wide range of restaurants and bars.

the service is good with private parking available and tasty meals. the hotel is situated in the central location by metro.

The hotel serves incredibly nice breakfasts and offers exceptionally clean and silent rooms with spacious bathroom and comfortable bed, for example. The location is very central, near the Serdika metro station, the centre of Sophia, and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Again, the venue is 1 mile from Regional History Museum...

The hotel was in a quiet location near the Mall of Sofia, Sofia for short business trip, and Very near the city center for what we wanted it for. We tried some restaurants, including Mehana Mamin Kolyo which boasted an appetising cuisine.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and silent with 2 extra beds instead.

The location in a relatively quiet area was marvellous and absolutely perfect. A market and a local bakery were right next door.

Hip new hotel in a nice quiet area close to the Vitosha pedestrian street, and a pub. Twin/double room with modern design. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of bars, coffee shops, and small shops within a short walk. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially the gentleman at the reception who allowed my girlfriend to check-in early. the hotel offered a gym and sauna, which added to the overall experience.

The communication was inconsistent, and it caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. The towels in the room had stains and holes, and we had to make do with only one single blanket for a couple.

Staff very nice and helpful at any time. The Hotel is very close to the main beauties of the city and to the metro.

The location was magnificent and quiet, for example, The Apartment was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I traveled to Sofia for a two-week holiday and stayed at Palace Hotel By Hmg. The hotel's location near the city center was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant nightlife and attractions. The accommodation, facilities, breakfast, and overall customer service were all excellent. The staff, particularly Dimitar at the reception, provided top-notch service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Dimitar's professionalism and helpfulness, along with his clear directions and assistance with arranging transportation, made our experience even better. I commend the hotel manager for her excellent customer service as well. Palace Hotel By Hmg provided a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

Pretty new and comfortable hotel. Very nice standard compare to other Sofia´s hotels for reasonable price.

Not enough people sleeps in the hotel, therefore breakfast first day was just for me I guess. Lobby bar is closed at 22 and no restaurant in hotel, so you need to get food somewhere out. Bathroom ventilator from neighbor room was so noisy, so I couldn´t sleep one night. It was vibrating with whole room. :(

Everything was nice, pleasant staff, stunningly beautiful views of Vitosha mountain. The double room was huge, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location in a relatively quiet area was good and unbeatable and there were a market and a local bakery nearby. The restaurant was really nice for dinner and for every budget.
